About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site & Quality Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile green façade installations in Frankfurt.

This is a key site-based role where you will take full ownership of day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a snag-free, high-quality standard.

You will be working on technically complex, high-spec environments (including data centres), coordinating subcontractors and ensuring that innovative façade and irrigation systems are installed to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all on-site construction activities as the primary site manager
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
• Driving projects to completion in line with programme deadlines
• Ensuring all works meet strict quality standards with zero snags at handover
• Overseeing logistics including materials, labour, plant, and site access
• Enforcing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining site standards
• Keeping accurate site records (H&S and quality documentation)
• Providing technical oversight on façade and irrigation installations
• Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders
• Taking a proactive, hands-on role to resolve site challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing construction sites on medium to large-scale projects
• Experience working on complex commercial projects
• Strong subcontractor management and site leadership skills
• Solid understanding of quality control and snag-free delivery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on, proactive approach to site delivery
• Strong communication skills

Essential Certifications & Skills:

• SMSTS (or German equivalent)
• First Aid certification
• Fluent English and German (required for site coordination)

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience with façade systems
• Experience with irrigation systems or green infrastructure
