Our client are a global semiconductor company based in Europe.


The client require candidates to work on-site three days per week predominantly at the Hamburg site but would also be required to work on-site in Munich when needed.


Responsibilities:

Act as primary support to Munich and Hamburg Site IT Managers, ensuring alignment with global IT leadership (US-based reporting line)

Coordinate closely with local Site IT, Real Estate and Facilities teams across both locations to deliver relocation and infrastructure activities

Engage and collaborate with global IT teams in the US, India and Bucharest to ensure cross-regional execution and standards compliance

Maintain regular on-site presence in Hamburg and Munich to support project delivery and stakeholder coordination

Scale involvement from an initial 24-hour (3 days/week) engagement to full-time (40 hours/week) as project demands increase


Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree minimum

Willingness to travel between Hamburg and Munich and maintain regular on-site presence

Proven IT Project Management experience delivering IT infrastructure projects (networking, WiFi, firewalls, security systems, workplace and lab environments)

Strong knowledge of connectivity and IT security infrastructure (security zones, access control, CCTV, ISP coordination)

Experience managing construction-related IT deployments (data rooms, patch panels, power, AC, building systems integration)

Ability to develop and manage project plans, risks, stakeholders, governance and cut-over strategies (MS Project or similar tools)

Experience working within global, matrixed IT organisations and coordinating cross-regional teams

Strong vendor management experience (IT suppliers, infrastructure vendors, facilities partners)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in German and English

Structured, proactive working style with ability to handle ambiguity, pressure and tight timelines
