Loom Talent are partnering exclusively with a leading international Manufacturing and distribution brand as they continue their expansion across Europe.
We're looking for an HR Business Partner - to join the growing business, working closely with senior leaders as they set up the new site in Germany from scratch!
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with the current senior leadership and assist them with the growth of their teams and the site as a whole.
Eventually you will partner with the operational teams, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the German logistics network and partner with the wider European operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job number one will be setting up the HR processes and practises
- Job number two is supporting the recruitment of the initial headcount for the site 'go live' later this year
- Partner with site leadership to understand business priorities and deliver HR initiatives that drive high performance.
- Lead talent management activity including performance reviews, team structures and leadership development
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet operational and leadership hiring needs across Germany
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive working environment and full compliance with German labour regulations
- Support organisational change and transformation initiatives in line with global HR objective
- Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion across all levels
About You
- 3-5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner, and industry experience within logistics, supply chain or a related operational sector!
- Strong English language skills with the addition of a knowledge of German is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR best practice
- This role is based onsite every day, setting up a new site requires HR to be present and this role will need a candidate comfortable with that element.
