BD Supervisor - Frankfurt

Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Reports to: Business Development Manager, Frankfurt

A global law firm seeks a Business Development Supervisor to support marketing and business development activities for its Frankfurt office. This role works closely with the Europe BD team and provides occasional support to Middle East offices.

• Create and update marketing materials (presentations, fact sheets, brochures).
• Coordinate experience lists for pitches, proposals, and submissions.
• Support and sometimes lead pitches/RFPs, managing content, deadlines, and tracking.
• Assist with directory and award submissions (LexTrack) and researcher interviews.
• Support firm hosted and sponsored events: lists, RSVPs, materials, and follow???up.
• Help identify conferences/sponsorships and coordinate related BD activities.
• Track BD activity and prepare internal reports.
• Conduct client and prospect research to support targeting initiatives.
• Assist with lateral onboarding, including bios and opportunity research.

• Bachelors degree.
• 1-2 years BD/marketing experience, ideally in professional services or legal.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail driven, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/PowerPoint; experience with Teams, iManage, Dynamics, Interaction, or Vuture is a plus.
