We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to support an exciting new store opening. This Assistant Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious retail professional looking to develop their leadership career in a fast-paced environment.

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, support the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The successful Assistant Manager will be hands-on, commercially aware, and confident leading from the front.

This is an initial 12 month contract to establish the brand in Frankfurt!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving targets
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service
• Assist in managing KPIs, budgets and daily store performance
• Maintain high visual and operational standards
• Support recruitment, training and team development

What We're Looking for in an Assistant Manager:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar level
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
• Commercial awareness and a passion for retail
