About the Role

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Many agents close their first deals within 4–6 months, so financial stability during the start-up period is essential. For those who commit, the rewards are substantial – six-figure incomes are realistic.

• Build and manage relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate or sales (preferred, but not essential).
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Financial stability (minimum 4–6 months of personal savings).
• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate from the UK.
• Must be 21 or over
